Cooperation Model

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) : Customers provide formulas or samples, and we reverse engineer and   manufacture them.    ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) : Select products from our mature   formula library and brand them.    Joint R&D : Both parties jointly develop exclusive formulas.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• OEM Customized Formulas: Starting from 3   tons (can be coordinated for first-time cooperation)    • ODM Private Label (Mature Formulas): Starting from 2 tons • Trial Order   Support : 1 ton (limited to certain ODM products)

Prototyping service

• ODM mature formulas: Free sampling   (customer pays shipping), sample turnaround time 3-5 days.    • OEM customized formulas: Sampling fee charged ($200-500 USD/formula, can be   offset against bulk order deposit), sample turnaround time 7-10 days.

R&D support

• Provide formula design suggestions (based   on AAFCO/FEDIAF standards for the target market)    • Raw material substitution options (e.g., chicken instead of duck, beef   instead of fish) • Guidance on functional ingredient selection (joint health,   coat health, gut health, weight management, etc.) • Adjustable kibble   hardness and nutrient density for specific dog breeds (large/small breeds)

Quality control and testing

• Raw material receiving inspection (three   checks )    • Production CCP monitoring (temperature, pressure, moisture, density)    • Finished product batch testing: crude protein, crude fat, moisture, ash,   calcium, phosphorus, Salmonella, E. coli • Third-party testing available   (SGS/Eurofins, etc.)

Export compliance documents

COA (Certificate of Authorization), Health   Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Veterinary Health Certificate,   Declaration of Guaranteed Values of Ingredients, and AAFCO Nutrition Label   Production Available.

Delivery cycle

Sample Policy

We offer free samples of our existing,   mature formulas (shipping costs to be paid by the recipient). Custom formulas   will be charged according to the aforementioned sampling fee.
