OEM/ODM

OEM/ODM Collaboration Process

Requirements & Inquiry

01

The client provides details regarding the target product type (e.g., extruded kibble, freeze-dried treats, meat strips), target market (e.g., USA, EU, Southeast Asia), estimated order volume, and functional requirements (e.g., grain-free, high-protein, joint support). We evaluate the feasibility of the request and provide a response within 24 hours.

Proposal & Quotation

02

Based on the client's requirements, we present a comprehensive proposal covering formula options, packaging choices, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), lead time, unit pricing, and sampling fees (fees typically apply for custom formulas but are refundable upon placement of a bulk order). Once the client confirms the proposal and remits the sampling fee, the process proceeds to the sampling stage.

Sampling & Approval

03

We produce the samples (typically taking 7–10 days for custom formulas) and ship them to the client. The client evaluates the product's palatability, appearance, packaging, and other attributes. Upon approval, the final sample is sealed and retained to serve as the benchmark for the acceptance inspection of the subsequent bulk production.

Contract & Deposit

04

A formal OEM/ODM manufacturing contract is signed, and the client remits a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total order value. We then secure the necessary production line capacity and raw materials.

Mass Production & QC

05

Production is carried out in strict adherence to the approved sample standards. Key control points are monitored throughout the entire process, and our in-house laboratory conducts batch-by-batch testing (covering both microbiological safety and nutritional composition). Optional third-party inspection services are also available for random sampling and testing.

Shipping & Docs

06

The finished goods are shipped to Qingdao Port (or a designated port specified by the client). We provide all necessary documentation—including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, Certificates of Analysis (COA), health certificates, and Certificates of Origin—to assist the client with customs clearance at the destination port.
